2K ACRYLIC PAINT

DESCRIPTION

Trust 2K Acrylic Paint is a premium quality product for the Automobile Refinishing trade. Autogaurd Acrylic consists of an Acrylic Paint and 2K Hardener. The Paint and the Hardener should be mixed in a ratio of 4parts to 1part Hardener. Once Thoroughly mixed, thin to sprayable viscosity with trust flush off time between coat.

CAUTION:

Mix adequate quality of paint and hardener required for the job on hand. Do not return left-over paint into the unmixed paint.

2K ACRYLIC THINNER

2k Acrylic Thinner is classic, fine and it gives a good top coat flow shine & product .2.1 normal Drying time. Do not over dilute the product. A thinner of Universal application for 2K Acrylic products. Adjusting the viscosity of priming material on top coats.

Pot Life

Approx. 3-6 hours at + 20*C Approx 9-12 hours at +60*C - 80*C

Spraying Viscosity

Approx 5secs. DIN 4mm +20*C Approx 4secs. Ford cup 4 + 20*C

2K BASE COAT THINNER

A thinner of Universal application for 2K Base Coat Products. Adjusting the viscosity of priming material on top coats. 2K Base Coat Thinner is classic fine, and it gives a good top coat flow shine and product. 2.1 drying normal time. Do not over dilute the product.

SYNTHETIC/FAST DRY PAINT

SYNTHETIC QUICK DRY PAINT has been formulated to show off its best colors outdoors. It provides added protection and the perfect enamel finish for commercial vehicles and other costly equipment. With SYNTHETIC QUICK DRY PAINT, superb adhesive qualities, surface signs of wear and tear are easily restored.

NB:

Thin with Trust High Gloss Thinner to a sprayable Viscosity.
Do not over Thin.

Drying time: 1 - 2 hours in normal temperature

SUPER HIGH GLOSS THINNER

A Thinner of Universal application for Super High Gloss thinner Products. Adjusting the Viscosity of Priming material on top coats. Super high Gloss Thinner is classic, fine and it gives a good top coat flow shine and product. 2,1 drying normal time. Do not over dilute the product.

CELLULOSE PAINT

Well suited to a variety of Automotive and Light Industrial applications. Cellulose paint provides the perfect and affordable finish for the professional spray painter of the DIY enthusiast. Formulated for use on a broad base of substrates and with its outstanding flow properties, CELLULOSE PAINT has proven to be the ideal coating, fast drying, high gloss and Silky smooth finish.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Cellulose can be applied to most surfaces, which are thoroughly cleaned and dry. Free from dust, rust, oil and grease. All loose, flaking and powdery paint must be removed completely from previously painted surface. Highly recommended for refinishing paint.

2K ACRYLIC SYSTEM 3000- Polar Fast Hardener

Recommended for hardening of Vehicle refinishing paints. Used with Automotive finishing paints.

MIXING RATIO:

3000 POPULAR 1 HARDENER

2:1 for the quick drying time 6 hours.
4:1 for the slow drying time 12 hours

2K Acrylic Thinner 5-10% can be added

SUN GLOSS

Sun Gloss enamel is based on a fast drying alkyd which has good brushabilty, hard-wearing high gloss finish. Sun Gloss Enamel paint gives a high gloss durable finish for use on all interior and exterior surfaces.

DESCRIPTIONS

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from oil, grease or flaking material. Wherever applicable, use appropriately.

TRUST PRIMER COAT.

Stir the contents thoroughly before use. Don not over thin, apply with brush, roller,or spray. Spreading rate 14 square meters per liter per coat on smooth surface.

N.B re-coated after 12 hours

Recommended for: Metal,Wood work, Cement, Asbestos,Plaster.

TRUST WEATHER GUARD

TRUST WEATHER GUARD is a unique formulated coating based on Acrylic co-polymer emulsion. It contains additional biocides to combat attack from mould and algae. It gives a smooth finish and is ideal for use on coastal buildings like hotels, high rise buildings and private dwellings or mansions. It is highly recommended for Refinishing paint

TRUST VINYL SILK EMULSION

Application Use brush, Stir well before using for colour changes. A first coat of undercoat is recommended for the new work. Prime with appropriate primer; For wood and wall followed by one coat of unddercoat and one or two coats of emulsion paints. Covergae 12-14 square meters per liter. Touch dry i 2-4hours. Cleaning Equipments. Use clean water to clean the equipments after work.
